Foods to Eat While on The Keto Diet

Let’s get to the bottom of it. We have all heard of diets that promise fast weight loss and results. The Ketogenic diet is no different. Keto restricts the amount of carbohydrates you consume, because of this your body will then start taking from stored fat called "ketones." This process is known as ketosis. Your body uses the ketones for energy until carbohydrates are consumed again. The only difference is it has been around since the 1970s to treat children with epilepsy and is also used to treat diabetes. This science backed weight loss idea has become extremely popular as health minded people uncover nature's mysteries.
