HyVIDA Brands Inc. uses 3rd Party Fulfillment services for this site. 

When your order ships, the carrier, ship date, and estimated delivery date for your package will be listed in Your Account and can be found in your shipment confirmation. If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, you can track your package with that tracking number from the carrier associated with your order.

Damages

HyVIDA Brands, Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@hyvida.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
